Thank you Bryan Womack at CBRE and Mike Becker, Property Manager at AT&T, for installing lights on the AT&T building on 25th at Capp. The lights look terrific! Clearing this area of encampments was a team effort with the Inner Mission Neighborhood Association and the property manager. Together we put in planters, greening the area and making it an appealing place to walk. The newly installed lights will help thwart graffiti as well as make the community safer at night. My hope is that this will influence other businesses to follow suit. For example, the 1515 South Van Ness property is now owned by the city and has done nothing to improve the building or the surrounding sidewalks. Hillary Ronen, take heed!
